Whatever resolutions and goals you made, you need a way to stick with them. Once the first few weeks of the new year go by, it's really hard to keep up or remember what those goals were.

How to use it:
- Write the habits you want to work on on the left side.
- Each day, as you complete the task, check the box under that day.
- Print a new one each month, or as needed.
